If you are not happy with your purchase or if the size is not the right one, you can return the item(s) within 10 days from delivery date. If you wish to return your order, please contact our Customer Service and you will receive all the information for the return.
Our items are protected by a light blue guarantee seal. It is essential that you do not remove the seal if you want to return the item(s).
If you wish to return an item(s), please follow the instructions below.
We will issue an AUTHORIZATION CODE FOR THE RETURN that you will need to send back the parcel and change your order or receive the reimbursement.
Please note, refunds will be credited to your original method of payment within 3 days after goods arrival. Shipping costs, as well as cutom fees, will be deduced from the refund.
a) RETURN FOR EXCHANGE OR REIMBURSEMENT
Before sending back the goods please check the following requirements:
- The item must have never been used, it must be in the same conditions as when it was originally packaged and delivered.
- Light blue guarantee seal must be intact and must have not been removed from the item.
- The original labels must be intact and must have not been removed from the item.
- The item must not be washed or damaged.
- The item must be returned within 10 days after delivery date.
- Contact the return service by email at email@example.com stating the reason for your return request.
- After having received the authorization code for the return,complete the return form that you received by email.
In the email of return request please write the codes of the item that you want to return and if you wish to change the size, the colour, the item or to receive a reimbursement.
Once WWW.COTTONCLUBSHOP.COM Customer Service receives the return request, they will send to the customer an email explaining the procedure to be follow to send back the article and the authorization code for the return. In the same email they will enclose the authorization form for the return, you should fill it in, print it and put it in the parcels.
Parcels sent without this form will be automatically rejected.
The article must be returned to Cotton Club headquarters within 10 days after the receipt of the confirmation issued by the Customer Service.
Once delivered, all returned goods are checked because they must stick to “RETURN CONDITIONS”. If these conditions have not been respected, WWW.COTTONCLUBSHOP.COM will give you the possibility to accept back the goods at your expenses.
WWW.COTTONCLUBSHOP.COM does not accept the return of underwear and bathing suits.
If the returns are for size or merchandise exchange of greater value, freight expenses for returns are to be paid by us. The item requested in exchange must be of equal or greater value of the returned merchandise to be handled as a free return. Free Return policy is limited to one exchange.
If the returns are for refund or partial refund or for item exchange of lesser value than the returned merchandise, the Client is responsible for shipment of the returned item and any eventual import fees.
b) RETURN FOR FAULTY GOODS OR WRONG DELIVERIES

In case the customer receives faulty goods or in case of wrong deliveries made by WWW.COTTONCLUBSHOP.COM, please follow below instructions.
WWW.COTTONCLUBSHOP.COM could ask for some photographs before giving the authorization for the return. WWW.COTTONCLUBSHOP.COM will pay freight expenses to have the goods back to their warehouse and will send correct articles back to the customer free. WWW.COTTONCLUBSHOP.COM reserves the right to refuse returns without authorization and to check returned articles in order to evaluate if there are repair expenses to be charged in order to sell them to other customers.
All return articles are checked by WWW.COTTONCLUBSHOP.COM and must stick to the parameters of the return procedure.
If the return articles are checked with positive result, the customer will receive an email of confirmation by WWW.COTTONCLUBSHOP.COM Customer Service.
In case of faulty goods or wrong deliveries due to WWW.COTTONCLUBSHOP.COM, if the customer asks for a different change or a new article as return exchange, goods will be delivered at WWW.COTTONCLUBSHOP.COM expenses.
If the customer asks for the reimbursement, the relevant sum will be immediately credited by WWW.COTTONCLUBSHOP.COM.
The credit will be visible on the credit card statement of account about 30 days after the return receipt and acceptance.
