When paying customers should enter their credit card details in a protected electronic bank system provided by Banca Sella. Cotton Club Shop accepts payments by Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

SECURITY

COTTON CLUB Sas di Sangalli G. vat n° 00866600968 reserves the right to ask to Banca Sella to verify the credit card details in case there are any issues. The checking process takes about 5 days. In case of positive result, the order will be processed.

COTTON CLUB Sas di Sangalli G. vat n° 00866600968 reserves the right to ask for a copy of the identity card by fax or email and a copy of the credit card (with hidden numbers) in order to check if the customer is really the owner of the credit card.

CHARGE

Once the payment has been made, Banca Sella will send the customer an email with the confirmation code of the transaction.
The total cost of the order will be charged once the goods have been delivered.

PAYMENT BY BANK TRANSFER

WWW.COTTONCLUBSHOP.COM accepts payments by bank transfer. Before issuing a bank transfer, please contact the Customer Service in order to check the goods availability. The Client should write the order code as "reason for payment". The goods will be reserved as soon as Cotton Club Shop receives a copy of the bank transfer.If the copy of the payment is not sent within 72 hours, the order will be cancelled. The goods will be shipped as soon as Cotton Club Shop receives the payment on the bank account. At the present moment a bank transfer is generally credited after 3/5 working days. WWW.COTTONCLUBSHOP.COM accepts payments by Paypal if they arrive from secure accounts. The goods will be sent exclusively to the address checked by PayPal.
Please note, Cotton Club Shop does not ship goods to addresses which are different from the address provided by PayPal.
