In Italy the orders will be shipped with SDA, for normal shipment and for payment on delivery.
In Europe and for the rest of the world the orders will be shipped with DHL.

a) DDP or DDU DELIVERIES
• DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) EU Countries subjected to IVA/VAT (which is added to the purchase price). Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Croazia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania. Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Hungary.
• DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) non-EU Countries not subjected to the payment of IVA/TVA on purchasing price. Local taxes, import duties and customs fees are at the customer's expense. It may be possible that at the delivery, for extra cee countries, the client could have to pay some extras customs fees, that don’t depend on us
• Switzerland, Norway: Prices on line are exempt from VAT (Value Added Tax) and include shipping and import fees. Eventual additional local taxes not related to custom import, such as State Tax or Use Tax, are not included and are the customer's responsibility.
• Japan: Prices on line are exempt from VAT (Value Added Tax) and include import fees. Eventual additional local taxes not related to custom import, such as State Tax or Use Tax, are not included and are the customer's responsibility.

When the goods are shipped, SDA or DHL will send to the customer an email containing the forwarder tracking number that will allow him to track the delivery online on the website.
In case the customer does not receive this email, he should contact the customer service by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. The operators will update the customer within 24 hours.
WWW.COTTONCLUBSHOP.COM deliveries are insured free for theft or accidental damage. Once the goods are delivered the insurance is no more valid.
At goods arrival customers should check the parcel before signing the forwarder receipt.
WWW.COTTONCLUBSHOP.COM parcels are carefully packaged with adhesive tape customized COTTONCLUBSHOP.COM all round the parcel.
If the parcel is tampered or the adhesive tape is not intact, customers can either refuse the goods by writing “tampered parcel” on forwarder receipt or accept the parcel and returns it by 7 days.
If the parcel can not be delivered successfully to the address given by the customer, it will be sent back to the sender at customer’s expenses. These sums will be deducted from the reimbursement to be issued to the customer by WWW.COTTONCLUBSHOP.COM.
We will deal with orders the first working day after the order registration against payment receipt and goods availability.
Orders made during weekends (from 12:30pm of Friday till Monday evening) will be progressed on Tuesday morning.
Orders settled by bank transfer will be sent out once we receive the relevant credit on WWW.COTTONCLUBSHOP.COM bank account.
SHIPMENT DOCUMENTS FOR EXOTIC PETS
Shipments from COTTONCLUBSHOP.COM that contain an item made from an exotic pelt destined outside of the European Union by law require an extra document: C.I.T.E.S. (Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Flora and Fauna).
This document acts as a passport for the item and explains that the item comes from an animal bred specifically for commerce and not taken from the wild. For more information please see: www.cites.org.
The documents are issued from the Fishing Wildlife and Game Custom’s Office and take 14 days to be processed.
To obtain the documents, CITES requires the fiscal invoice and thus the Client’s Credit Card WILL BE DEBITED BEFORE SHIPMENT.
Due to standard processing time for the documents, the shipment will be delayed.
