SHIPPING INFORMATION
Shipment Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from SDA/DHL/FEDEX containing the tracking number and a direct link to monitor your shipment online.
If you do not receive this email, please contact Cotton Club Customer Service at customerservice@cottonclubshop.com.
Within 24 hours, our team will update you on the shipment status.
INSURANCE
All COTTONCLUBSHOP.COM packages are carefully packed and sealed with security tape.
If a package appears tampered with or if the security tape is not intact, customers have the right to refuse delivery by noting “tampered package” on the delivery receipt.
Alternatively, customers may accept the package and return it without opening it, within 7 days as required by law.
If, for any reason, the shipment cannot be successfully delivered to the address provided by the customer, the package will be returned to the sender at the customer’s expense.
These costs will be deducted from any refund due by COTTONCLUBSHOP.COM.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed on the next working day after the order date, following payment confirmation and stock availability.
Orders placed over the weekend (from Friday afternoon to Sunday evening) will be processed the following Monday morning.
Orders paid via bank transfer will be shipped once the payment has been credited to the COTTONCLUBSHOP.COM bank account.
