Customers can order items that are scheduled to arrive later in the season.
COTTONCLUBSHOP.COM reminds its Customers that pre-orders are scheduled to arrive before the end of the month indicated on our website.
The payment will be charged the day of order placement, even if the merchandise will be shipped later. PayPal payments are charged the same day of the order placement. Bank transfers are invoiced the day we receive the payment on our bank account. Please note, we do not accept payments on delivery.
If an item reserved by the Customer does not arrive in the scheduled time, COTTONCLUBSHOP.COM will contact the Customer by email to confirm the next shipping date or for an eventual refund.
If for any reason we will not receive a pre-ordered item, the Customer will be immediately refunded and the order will be cancelled.
Please note, it is not possible to change the delivery country address after the order has been placed.
